Don't be a jackass.If you go out to eat, even for lunch, at a sit down restaurant then you should expect to leave a tip. Even if you think the food is overpriced, that isn't the waitress's fault. They pay their bills based on your tips.
If you go out and spend $15 at lunch, leave $3 or $4 as a tip. Not 40 friggin cents asshole.
In conclusion, don't be a jackass.
