Trouble sleeping
I've decided there aren't too many things worse than trouble sleeping. It seems that here lately I lay down and toss and turn for usually an hour or two before I get sleepy. Then I'm lucky enough to wake up or be woken up 10 or 12 times after that. I move from the couch to the bed, back to the couch, back to the bed. Turn on the tv, turn off the tv. Read a magazine, read the grocery ad's, sing tv commercial songs in my head... absolutely nothing.Last night I tried taking a hot bath by candle light with just some soft music playing to help relax me a bit, and I think it helped. I only laid there for 45 minutes instead of 90. Tonight I'm going to try drinking. Maybe I'll get lucky and just pass out.
